Pennsylvania Families Association was founded by Jesse Storm. PFA is a non-profit organization started in 2009. PFA is a non-profit, public-charity dedicated to providing equal access to justice and high quality civil legal services to low-income residents and survivors of domestic violence in 5 counties in Central Pennsylvania.
PFA's mission is to assist in changing the laws and guidelines of the current, defunct Family Court System. We believe that the presumption of joint custody is in the best interest of our children. Our goal is to obtain fair and equitable support laws allowing "fit" parents equal time with their children. In addition, we do not support false allegations of domestic violence and believe these acts should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
